Nelson & District Hospice Society Fund
Donations to this fund generate earnings to support the Nelson & District Hospice Society.
The Nelson & District Hospice Society has been providing compassionate emotional, spiritual and practical support for anyone navigating serious illness or experiencing grief for over 35 years.
The Society is a grassroots organization whose volunteers companion those in our community who are interested in finding ways to live fully during a serious illness or bereavement. Volunteers receive extensive training on building trusting, respectful and nurturing relationships with our clients, enabling them to respond to individuals’ specific emotional, spiritual and practical needs.
Notes About Donations to This Fund
- Unless you have checked the anonymous box, your name, contact details and donation value may be disclosed to the Fund’s advisor.
- Donations will be applied towards the Fund’s charitable purpose, which may be subject to change.
- The final authority on any distribution rests with Osprey Community Foundation.
- As per the Fund’s terms – gifts may be applied on a flow through or permanent basis.
