Friends of Nelson Elders in Care: Seniors’ Grants

Osprey has partnered with FONE to support Nelson and area seniors. Osprey provides FONE with funds to administer a year-round granting program for projects and/or equipment used to enhance the lives and well-being of seniors in the Nelson area, whether they are in a facility or in their homes.

Project Summary:
The key element of the proposal in one paragraph. What are the needs and how will your project meet them? Explain who is going to do what.
Project Budget:
Ask for what you need and explain how the funds will be spent.
Are there any other organizations contributing funds? How much? Is it confirmed?
Are you doing any fundraising? Will this request be to match your fundraising?
Duration of the project:
When will your project begin and end?
Goals of the project:
Who will benefit from this project? Will the community be impacted? Provide the numbers of anticipated participants.
How will you evaluate this project?
What does success look like? Are there measurable results? (facts and statistics)
